Typically referred to as Lump Sum, our in-house estimating team can provide you with a competitive price to build your project to the plans and specifications developed by your design team. We can also provide logistics planning, value– engineering options and a detailed construction schedule to assist you in selecting the right contractor for your project.
Once selected as your General Contractor in NYC, our project management team will hire qualified subcontractors within their specialized scope of work. We will be fully responsible for overall contract administration on your behalf and will also develop the means and methods to construct your project in accordance with your performance requirements. Our means and methods are proven to minimize risk and bring certainty to your project. We will work to resolve issues that may not have been identified during the design phase.
Our experienced and versatile team will also be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of your project that includes coordinating subcontractors, managing worker and public safety, monitoring site access and logistics, cost control reporting, verifying quality, and enforcement of the construction schedule.
